Hi, I’m Breona, and it’s a pleasure to meet you! As the CEO/Founder of LiBre Consulting, I couldn’t be more thrilled to “meet” you. I’d like to start by asking you this…

Do you ever find yourself wondering, What was I made for? or What is my true purpose? You’re not alone—and the answer is closer than you think.

​

What fills my heart and life daily is helping others, whether through small acts like offering encouragement, a warm smile, or a hug, or through event planning. I have always been a planner by nature, with a keen eye for creativity and detail—which I credit to my birth order as the oldest of four.

​

I started working at the age of 14, gaining experience in hospitality, finance, HR, administrative services, and operations. I give Jesus all the honor and glory because, throughout my life, I have truly been blessed with the gift of excellence—meaning anything I set my mind to and put my hands on prospers.

​

Through this journey, I gained confidence in myself and thought, Why not share my talents with the world?—not just

in any way, but as a servant leader. With my skills in event planning, I am proud of my accomplishments, including my work with the Austin Fire Department, where I oversaw their annual awards ceremonies, cadet graduations, and the Firefighter’s Ball with the Austin African American Firefighters Association. From there, I had the privilege of working as an Event Manager/National Show Coordinator for Beauty Systems Group, covering the southwestern half of the United States for licensed professional and cosmetology trade shows—an experience I still cherish to this day. Then… Covid happened, which led me to switch gears, bringing me to my consulting experience.

Over the last decade, through life experience and most recently working as a Client Success Manager, I was introduced to an amazing tool known as the Predictive Index (PI). What I love about the Predictive Index is that it’s a Behavioral Assessment that takes just six minutes to complete, focusing on how we like to work. Taking this assessment and working with PI over the last two years has been life-changing for me in ways I never imagined—including increasing my empathy and self-awareness. So I figured,
